I ordered a bottle of their Menthol E-Liquid and some Replacement Coils. The e-liquid was good, exactly what I expected, and the coils fit perfectly. Shipping took 5 days to reach Denver, which felt a little slow compared to other places I've used. Also, I wish they had more detailed descriptions on the coil compatibility, had to double check a few times. Overall, a solid 4 stars, but a tiny bit faster shipping or clearer product info would make it a 5.
